PAYG borrowers send three pages. Self-employed borrowers send thirty, and the order matters.

The full pack

  1. Last 2 personal tax returns + Notice of Assessment.
  2. Last 2 company/trust tax returns (if applicable).
  3. Last 4 quarters BAS.
  4. Last 6 months business bank statements.
  5. Last 3 months personal bank statements.
  6. ATO portal access (or recent integrated client account printout).
  7. Letter from accountant confirming continued income.
  8. Add-back schedule (depreciation, one-offs, director loans).
