Two years of personal and business tax returns, BAS for the last four quarters, ATO portal access, plus add-backs. The pile is the application.
PAYG borrowers send three pages. Self-employed borrowers send thirty, and the order matters.

- Last 2 personal tax returns + Notice of Assessment.
- Last 2 company/trust tax returns (if applicable).
- Last 4 quarters BAS.
- Last 6 months business bank statements.
- Last 3 months personal bank statements.
- ATO portal access (or recent integrated client account printout).
- Letter from accountant confirming continued income.
- Add-back schedule (depreciation, one-offs, director loans).
